We provide HR outsourcing services to clients, which may include but are not limited to payroll processing, benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance assistance.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment practices and data protection.
3. Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay fees for the services provided by Gente in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Fees are based on the scope of services and may be subject to adjustment based on changes in the scope of work or other factors.
4. Confidentiality
Gente will maintain the confidentiality of client information and personal information collected in the course of providing services, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Data Protection
Gente will process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary consents and permissions for the collection and processing of personal information.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gente shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the services provided by Gente upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of any fees owed for services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
9. Amendments
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify clients of any material changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website or by other appropriate means.
