Which payroll system do you use?

We use Sage VIP Classic.

What do you need to get started?
  • A POPI agreement with your staff allowing a third party to process their personal information.
  • Company info needed to record your company on the payroll (e.g. CIPRO, PAYE and UIF numbers).
  • Staff details.

What do you need on a monthly basis?
  1. Details of new employees

If I want you to calculate the hours worked, what do you need?

We need daily start and finish times per individual employee on an Excel spreadsheet for the period in question.
